Imam Hassan Mojtaba Hospital Complex project located in Nazar Abad county, consists of the main building, emergency center, medical staff building, mechanical and electrical room buildings, medical waste disposal facility, septic tank and heli-deck. The main scope of work involved reinforcement of the existing structure in order to meet the requirements of international earthquake codes in order to have adequate performance during crises and overall renovation of the main building (architectural, electrical and mechanical). The innovative method used at the time for the structural reinforcement was a value engineering proposal designed and presented by our engineering team. This and many other solutions presented by our team resulted in finishing the project with optimum cost and high quality and of course no delay. Infrastructures are designed and constructed in a way to support the installation and setup of any needed modern medical device in the future.
